Team Coaching &
Support

Employing the use of educational modules that expand the awareness of how we each explore challenging themes that are the foundation for any strong team (Trust, Communication, Accountability, Thriving Through Change, Leading Through Influence, etc). We incorporate exercises to enlighten team members around these themes, activities to re-enforce how you can create sustainable change which all works together to create sustained results and stronger sense of team.

Governance 
Development

All boards are a form of team, and these teams have the same common challenges of other teams, with the exception that they meet less frequently.

 

Through personal experience of working on boards, we have uncovered that there is often not a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities and where duties of Board members
